  I came to use their car wash and was told after asking if it was open that it wasnt only to find out it was open 24 hours after driving past while leaving to see the words "Open 24 hours" on its door. When I went back to ask why I was told it wasn't open it turns out i was denied service because i "was a new person" and ive never been here before. When a manager was present later after coming back to get a number I can call to tell about my experience, the manager's explanation of why the car wash isnt 24 hours was completely different from the employee's reason of why I couldnt use it. I hope someone from this BP company can see this.
